Lavini di Marco, near Rovereto, was the set for the comings and goings of dinosaurs, judging by the number and kind of footprints found. Carnivores, herbivores, large, medium – they came in all sizes, including small ones like Grallator. Footprints made of three tapered toes ending with small, sharp claws, were indeed left by a small carnivorous dinosaur a little over 1 meter in length and weighing about 7 kg.
