A fifteen-chamber climbing-kiln of Nagatanien, Iga ware

This climbing kiln with fifteen chambers was used from the start of production in 1832 up till 1965. It is built on a slope that gets higher to its south side. Width 4.5 ~ 6.7m, difference in height 9.6m, total length 34m.
