A Letter from the Home Office - TWAM Ref: DS.HL/2/75

A letter from the Home Office to August Lebrecht, a German migrant who prior to the outbreak of the First World War had been living in Newcastle upon Tyne for over 40 years. The letter, which was sent out to all German migrants informs Lebrecht that the 'Aliens Advisory Committee' will be considering the question of his internment or repatriation.
