A Night in Shadwell

Press cutting from the East End Star. London's east end was badly hit during the Blitz. Wilton's, as the Old Mahogany Bar Mission became a canteen serving local air raid shelters. Refreshments were under the direction of Sister Elizabeth Ollington and transported to shelters by urn in a bath-chair.
