    THE ADAPTABLE AUTO. E.M./GARLAND. Mr. James Jupp, an enterprising smallholder and market gardener at Creatham, near Fulborough, has made a general utility tractor from a 1930 Austin 12 motor car. Two spare wheels have had paddles fitted to them and are interchangeable with pneumatic tyred wheels, so that the tractor can be used in the fields or on the road to take produce to market Photo shows:- The "Austin" tractor at work with a Ransome plough turning over a seven acre field which has not been ploughed for more than 20 years.
