DUKE AT ST. DAVID'S DAY PARADE MJH/HA. At the Guards Depot, Caterham, today, H.R.H. The Duke of Edinburgh presented leeks to the Welsh Guards, in accordance with the traditional St. David's Day custom, and afterwards took the Salute at a march past of the regiment. This is the Duke's first St. David's Day parade since he became Colonel of the Welsh Guards. It is also the 40th anniversary of the Regiment. PHOTOGRAPH SHOWS: R.S.M. D.J.
