On January 20, 2020, the Bottom of the Map podcast partnered with the Trap Music Museum for "A Trap and a Dream: Is Trap Music a Response to the Civil Rights Movement." In celebration of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday, Bottom of the Map hosts Dr. Regina N. Bradley and Christina Lee discussed how trap music is in conversation with the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s and 70s. They were joined by visual artist and museum curator DL Warfield.
