Abdullah Shaheen Ghanem Al Ghanim Al Maadeed is interested in Qatari and Arabian Gulf heritage. He has established a private museum in Fereej Al Ghanim dedicated to Qatari heritage of the past and the present. The museum houseds more than 200 objects. In 2020, the Museum began collecting artworks, archives and photographs related to the local community's collections and collecting practices as part of the Mal Lawal platform.
