Strolling beneath the Trees

The light, soft luminosity that seems to emerge from the trees themselves is to be found in other works by the artist. Here they are painted in brown and grey tones, juxtaposed with some extremely delicate, fresh and tender greens. This is a lyrical vision in which the figures are reduced to light touches, integrated into the visual presentation of nature and depicted in a continual flow. The illustrative nature of Vicente’s paintings and drawings with figures is replaced here by a sentiment of communion with reality.
