Specimen of Cinera cum flore depicted in a hand watercolor calcography from one of the finest floral collections of the 17th century, entitled Hortus Eystettensis, by German pharmacist and botanist Basilius Besler. The volume was published in 1613 and contains illustrations of over a thousand plants, arranged for the first time according to the natural flowering calendar
