Designed by Atlanta architect Philip Shutze as the headquarters for the Medical Association of Atlanta, this 1941 neo-classical revival designed building is listed on the National Register for Historic Places and is designated a historic landmark by the City of Atlanta. Its restoration in the 1980s received an Atlanta Urban Design Commission Award of Excellence.
This property is now owned by the Georgia Tech Foundation, Inc. and underwent a significant renovation which was completed in 2011.
