The 1990 proved an exciting time for animation. Matt Groening introduced _The Simpsons.__ _Ren and Stimpy__ provided strange graphics that brought relegated art into the commercial realm. _Tiny Toon Adventures,__ _Animaniacs,__ and _Rocko_s Modern Life__ parodied everything from Edgar Allen Poe to the President. Cartoons of the 1990 contained intellectual complexity, avant-garde animation, and many double-entendres. _Biker Mice from Mars__ was a science-fiction animated series that aired in the 1990. The series followed the story of three anthropomorphic mice motorcyclists, Throttle, Modo, and Vinnie, who escape a war on their home planet of Mars and arrive in Chicago to defend the Earth from the evil Plutarkians, an alien race, that destroyed their homeland. In the early 1990, Marvel Comics published three issues on the series and a few companies released video games based on the title. In 2006, _Biker Mice from Mars__ video game hit the market. The game had mixed reviews. One fan of the television show wrote, _nostalgia for the biker mice has now been killed, buried, dug-up, and killed, again. All because of this game.__
