[Lilian] Decima Moore (1871-1964) was a founding member of the Actresses' Franchise League, known professionally for her soprano roles in the D'Oyly Carte Opera Company and musical comedies. Throughout the years Decima was active in the AFL she regularly travelled between West Africa, where her husband lived and London, where she pursued her musical career and suffrage interests.
