The painting by Iwona Liegmann, with the composition divided into three autonomous parts, shows three distinct motifs. All of them are made in a decorative style, full of intense colours and chromatic contrasts, referring to the products of mass imagination, cartoons, comics and colourful packaging. The title of the painting encourages viewers to identify topics symbolising the masculine element along with the whole fabled mythology of masculine temperament and sexual potency. They are represented by a chimpanzee figure in a cowboy outfit, juggling with roses and reaching, in spite of the pacifistic taboo, to the holster for a gun (on the left side of the composition), or (on the right side) the gorilla eagerly gazing at his reflection – Narcissus, whose genitals are unmasked by the shameless palm (in the middle of the picture).
