A propaganda poster depicting Joseph Frings (1887-1978), archbishop of Köln; Alfried Krupp (1907-1967), director of the Friedrich Krupp AG Hoesch-Krupp--a key supplier of weapons and materiel to the Nazi regime and the Wehrmacht during World War II; and Franz Halder (1884-1972), the chief of the OKH General Staff from 1938 until September 1942.
