Administrative document of Hetman Ivan Mazepa

This is Hetman Ivan Mazepa's certificate given to Ivan Horkusha to confirm the rights to own the mills.
The rectangular sheet of laid paper with filigree was folded in half. It is white with a red tint. The text was handwritten in dark brown ink, via Ukrainian cursive. It has 26 lines placed on the first page.
The text is sealed with Ivan Mazepa's own handwritten signature.
