Adoption of Machinery

KAMEDA SEIKA set out to increase in production by introducing a machine to allow for mass-production. This machine handled all of the steps of making rice crackers from steaming, making the dough, cutting out the shapes, and drying before it was taken to the ovens. The machine was state-of-the-art and improved efficiency.
