An altar, as center of the composition, exposes the Blessed Sacrament inside a monstrance adorned with golden rays and gemstones. The display of the Blessed Sacrament is arranged and completed by four golden lighted candlesticks, two vases and flowers. Two kneeling and haloed saints observe the altar, while in the upper third of the image three identical figures are represented as three consubstantial persons, the Holy Trinity: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. They are sitting on thrones, with a staff in their hands, a miter on their heads, wearing white robes and mantles, while, at their feet, some cherubs emerge through clouds.
