An advertisement from 1893 for Ransomes' Lawnmowers, 'The Best in the World' showing tennis with a girl using an 'Anglo-Paris' 10" mower. Undated, but perhaps c.1905. Ransomes manufactured their first machine for domestic use in 1832 at their Ipswich works using a patent from Edwin Budding, the inventor of lawnmowers.
