From 1926, radio stations added optical contributions such as images of speakers, picture puzzles, and fashion images to their programs on a trial basis. Participants needed a special receiver for these. Convinced of the easy handling and reception quality, this brochure advertises a "Fultograph." The picture shows the construction of the multimedia system from 1929. Although it was marketed as a futuristic invention, picture broadcasting did not establish itself in the longterm.
