Roughly 100,000 onlookers converged on the former World棄__棄__棄__棄__棄__棄__棄__棄___s Columbian Exposition as an inferno engulfed the site in July 1893. The fire that some called a 棄__棄__棄__棄__棄__棄__棄__棄___棄___棄__agnificent spectacle棄__棄__棄__棄__棄__棄__棄___棄__ left one man dead, a salvage company without an investment, and countless already homeless Chicagoans without places to sleep.
