Sculptural group, with a scene representing "spring", located in the inner courtyard, on the south facade of the Government Wing. The set of human figures is set in a niche on the wall and topped by a triangular festoon. At the bottom, engraved in stone: "Paul Landowsky Paris 1912-1913".
