For centuries humans have sought new ways to get from here to there. From the invention of the wheel to the Orville Brothers' first flight, transportation technology constantly evolves. Throughout the years, toy makers have followed these advancements, capturing in miniature the vehicles that travel the streets, crisscross the country, chart the oceans, and take to the skies. Transportation toys leave much to the imagination and, much like their full-sized counterparts, take children on fantastic adventures.
