It is an alcohol distillation boiler. Designed for industrial use, this object was one of the professional alcohol distillation boilers of its time.

It is almost like a time machine that came out of the office of its producer company, Psalty Proto Miltiyati which provided machinery and tools for alcoholic beverage producers in the Fish Market in Pera, Beyoğlu. It is one of the very rare items that have survived to this day.

With its screws, hose, valve and needle on the gauge part showing the word “Petromax”, it is a reflection of its period.
