The HR16 is a 16 bit, 16 voice sample based drum machine with 49 built in sounds, including 10 kicks, 7 snares and a complete ethnic sound set. It has a built in sequencer allowing for 100 patterns and 100 songs to be created. Each drum sound can be tuned in intervals along with its level adjusted and mixed individually. Patterns are programmed in either step or real-time and can be synchronized via the external clock inputs or Midi.
