Melanie says: "The unconditional love of a dog for its owner, on returning home from a hard day at work, is clear to see. No questions asked, just the joy of reunion.

I know Alison will always remember her days working at the Nightingale hospital in Belfast and wanted to paint a rainbow in the background as a reminder of the National symbol of “Thanks to our NHS Heroes” to her and all her colleagues."
