The altar cross depicts Jesus Christ crucified, with his head surrounded by the halo. The trilobate arms of the cross are adorned with a gilded wand, carved with plant motifs. On the upper arm there can be seen the initials INÎI (Jesus of Nazareth, Emperor of the Jewish) and on the left and right ones the sun and the moon (anthropomorphic figures) are represented. ”Glava Adama” is pictured at the base of the cross followed by the painter's signature and date. In the center of the other side of the cross is a representation of the ”Last Supper”, surrounded by instruments of torture and crucifixion, and the four Evangelists (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John) are painted in the trilobed extremities. The cross is richly decorated with golden vegetal carvings, with rays emerging from the connection point of the arms.
