Gbegiri’: beans, smoked fish (if desired), salt, pepper, crayfish, stock cube and palm oil. ‘Ewedu’ soup: ‘Ewedu’ leaves, potash, ground crayfish, fermented locust bean ‘Iru’, maggi, salt and pepper. Amala: Yam flour.
