Originally published in the atlas, A Prospect of the Most Famous Parts of the World, State 4, 1676, is a copperplate engraving with hand color. It has decorative borders depicting eight town plans along the top, including Mexico City, Havana, Cartegena, and Rio de Janeiro, in addition to five portraits of figures that appear on each side.
