An Abandoned House

This photo was taken in the "difficult-to-return zone" near the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Plant. Many of the residents who initially evacuated the regions nearby have decided not to return, even though the government will now permit them to do so. As a result, depopulation is a critical issue for these affected areas.
