A rectangular, pieced, shawl embroidered with floss silk in various colours. The central panel depicts people involved in various day-to-day activities along with various animals and birds. One of the sides depicts a moving train. The smaller panels to the sides depict rows of standing men and women with soldiers on either side. The top and the bottom are embroidered with a subtle white border. All set on a coffee ground with a green trim.
