Ancient Portal Of San Giorgio

Before 1693, the church of San Giorgio – also considered the ancient mother church of the city – stood at the east end of the town, near the current Ibleo Garden, where you can still see a large fourteenth century portal, what remains of the ancient Catalan – Gothic style temple.
