"and is a sculpture consisting of two 800-pound limestone boulders that were placed on top of one another, with a steel pole acting as a central axle. A second pole was then inserted into the top rock, parallel to the ground similar to a mill. I pushed the pole around in a circle five hours a day, for six weeks. With great effort, I worked to achieve a relationship in which the two forms resisted and gave into one another at an equal rate. I stopped grinding when the rocks became interconnected." - Janine Antoni
