This is the cover of the anniversary book for Mór Jókai to the 50 year jubilee of his writing career. The cover and back page is made of golden alloy and decorated with lacquer and precious stone inlaid. On the cover page, there is a Renaissance frame with some filigree lacquer plaques, a ruby, and a white pearl; in the four corners of the inner frame there are emeralds, plant motifs in a circle shaped, convex field. In the middle, there is a female figure who keeps the figures of the jubilee year: “1843 – 1893”. In the oval frame in the middle, there is the coat of arms of the company on red convex lacquer: anchor with the letter “A”, with a motto below: “Serve for the country!”. On the back cover, there is a carved picture of the “Jókai” cargo steamship that was built in Fiume, in 1882. The compliments of the company are decorated with watercolor paintings by Nándor Jauernik. On the first page, there is the coat of arms of the company holding by two angels, on the second, the picture of the „Jókai” cargo steamship on the sea, with the landscape of Fiume.

A képen Jókai Mór (1825–1904) 50 éves írói jubileumára készített díszalbum fedőlapja látható.Aranyötvözetből készült fedő- és hátlap, zománc és drágakő berakásokkal van díszítve. Fedőlapján reneszánsz keret finom zománclapokkal, rubinnal, fehér gyönggyel, a belső keret négy sarkán kör alakú, domború mezőn smaragdok, növényi minta. Középen alul nőalak zománcozott táblán a jubiláris évszámokat tartja. „1843 – 1893”. A középső ovális keretben a társulat címere vörös domború zománcon: horgony A betűvel, amely alatt aranyszalagon a jelmondat: „A hazának használj!” A hátlapon a Jókai tengeri áruszállító gőzhajó vésett képe, amely hajó 1882-ben épült Fiuméban és 1897-ig, elsüllyedéséig járta a tengereket. Az albumban a társulat üdvözlete olvasható, melynek oldalait akvarell festés díszíti, Jauernik Nándor munkája. Az első oldalon a társaság címere, amelyet két angyal tart, a másodikon a Jókai gőzhajó képe a tengeren, Fiume látképével.
