Anthoropos 4

This is a representative piece from the artist’s late “Anthropos” series. Anthropos is the Greek word for “human” in a broad sense. The incorporation of elements of unbalance and uncertainty into geometric shapes results in a humorous kind of expression. The incorporation of colors that suggest organic substances, such as red and green, into the painting dominated by inorganic shades of gray, adds a feeling of vitality.
