The Baron Antonio Pucci is the key character, with Nino Vaccarella, of the Sicilian motor racing and a great protagonist of the legendary Targa Florio.He togheter with the British Colin Davis winner of the race in 1964, they drove a Porsche 904 GTS (he loved to emphasize that in that race he had driven for eight laps in ten ). Pucci of a noble and rich family from Palermo, ("uncle Antonio" for his friends, "u baruni" for others), had a very special relationship with the German car company, of which he was for a long time a privileged and test pilot, even if he has always considered himself a gentleman driver. The baron (who was also an Italian champion in the Gran Turismo category) took part in fourteen editions of the Targa.His last race in 1966, when he ranked third with an official Porsche 906.
