Bruno Capovilla began his professional career as an employee at Morassutti, where he soon showcased an extraordinary histrionic spirit. This talent led him to debut in the company's theater troupe, marking the beginning of a long and successful artistic career.
His work as an author was fueled by the direct observation of reality; indeed, Capovilla drew inspiration from life in the public squares, studying the characters and language of ordinary people to bring them to the stage. This research resulted in approximately 40 plays in dialect, works that succeeded in ennobling the local language and portraying Paduan society with irony.
His contribution was fundamental to the preservation of the region's cultural identity, making him a cornerstone of Venetian folk theater and an exceptional witness to the traditions and customs of the 20th century. Antonio Rampin began his career as an employee at Morassutti, where his talent led him to take his first steps within the company's internal theater troupe.
Following this formative experience, he pursued an independent path by founding his own theater company, serving as both its lead actor and director. He is remembered for his fundamental contribution to the spread of Paduan folk theater and for his ability to maintain a strong connection between the stage and local traditions.
