Tester is a self taught artist whose enigmatic compositions incorporate snatches of text and cryptic statments that hint at meaning but defy comprehension.

As part of the rundontwalk collective Tester was amongst the first artists to create stencil art in the streets of the city following the 2001 crisis.

Both his gallery works and street art incorporates poetry, distinctive stencil motifs and his inimitable freehand style.
