Illustration of an Iberian Ceramic Decoration. Decorative composition from a kalathos vase found at the Azaila iberian archeological site in Teruel, Aragon, now at the National Archeological Museum (Museo Arqueológico Nacional) in Madrid. The illustration combines various techniques to make it look as realistic as possible. The vase in question has lost much of its pigment. Some corrections can be seen where the paper has been scratched. The illustration shows deer and wild boars being chased by wolves in three rows.
