In the Glory as well, beside the evangelists Saint Luke and Saint Marcus, we can find a series of angels that carry the “arma Christi”, the instruments used in the Passion. The bended angel of the extreme left of the tympanum holds the column in which Christ was tied and whipped. Next to him, we see a pair of figures that carry the cross. Beside them, at Saint Luke’s right hand, the fourth angel sustains with veiled hands the crown of thorns.
