Jim Franklin created this poster for the grand opening of the Armadillo World Headquarters in Austin, Texas. The Armadillo World Headquarters was, arguably the most important music club to exist in Austin, Texas. The staff at this rock n roll club booked bands that crossed all genres and even hosted the Austin Ballet Theatre once a month for years.
