William and Mary armchair. This chair was given to Sara Roosevelt by Nelly Blodgett. According to Sara Roosevelt, "The tapestry in the fleur de lis design on this chair was made for me by my friend, Nelly Blodgett, god mother of the President, who gave me the chair. (The chair was re-upholstered in 1959)
