Arrows made by old men from the wood of the "Danisa" and "Alago"trees, cut using a panga and finished with a knife. Arrow shafts are made from the wood of the "Ogoma ' tree and the arrow heads made by a blacksmith (Tumutu) who were expert. Poison was obtained from the Giriama island from Malindi. Used by men to hunt animals and to protect themselves from their enemies.
