Arsi Oromo Kitchen (Gemmii)

Arsi Oromo woman adorned in her traditional clothes is photographed stirring food in traditional clay pot known as Oyitee used to cook traditional meals that will be served for her family. The traditional pot is placed on a traditional fire place made from cow dung, dried grass and a clay item known as Gemmii/Gomjii.
