Artemis exhibit: Director's interview

Interview of the director and creator of the exhibition "Igor Cayres" for a local television, on October 5th, 2019 at "Casa das Rosas", São Paulo, Brazil, showing how important was the project.

Artemis was created by Igor Cayres, master in cultural and artistic management and son of the great cultural and anthropologist Beth Cayres, creator of the World Percussion Panorama (PercPan), who died of cancer in April 2019. “The proposal is to create a space for awareness of prevention through an artistic project ”, explains Igor. “We created a scenario to welcome and value women undergoing breast cancer treatment. There were different profiles, ages and stages of treatment and each one lent its strength, beauty and history to help make the population aware of the importance of carrying out preventive exams ”, he adds.
