Article regarding the California State Bonds Act

This article by Arthur H. Chamberlain (published in Overland Monthly) advocated the passage of Amendment No. 4 on the ballot of California's General Election of 1928, authorizing $6 million in State Bonds for purchasing lands for State Parks.
