Ashar Jamal

Ashhar is an educationist with a PhD in linguistics from the prestigious Institute of English and Foreign Languages, Hyderabad. Ashaar’s forefathers were ulemas and hakeems and the family has lived in the same area of old Lucknow for seven generations. Firmly rooted in her past, she has grown up amidst the familiar sights, sounds and aromas of traditional food.
