Advertising brochure created for foreign markets to celebrate the company’s 120th anniversary. The first marketing communications began to gain traction with the advent of the daily newspapers in the mid-19th to early 20th centuries. The Generali Group made widespread use of these tools starting in the late 19th century, adding them to a roster of numerous other forms of publicity and marketing used at the time, such as pamphlets and leaflets, posters and calendars illustrating the company’s insurance products and offerings.
