Astrophysics

Astrophysics is more than just stargazing. It is not limited to optical telescopes with which stars, galaxies, and other bodies are observed, but includes subjects like radio astronomy, cosmology, and spectroscopy. Also, the infrared range of the electromagnetic radiation and weightlessness are investigated.
