The "Atlas for the Prussian State mining, iron works and saltworks magazine" regularly published technology and engineering news and important innovations from the Prussian sphere of influence in mining, iron works and saltworks. It also reported, for example, on the chain conveyor at the Von der Heydt pit and the ventilation system at the Lampennest pit.
